BrainCheck Cognitive Testing
Are you experiencing difficulty with remembering tasks? Do you find it challenging to recall what you just heard? Are you noticing a change in your memory. Cognitive testing might be right for you. Dawes Family Medicine has partnered with BrainCheck to offer the most comprehensive cognitive testing. This short 15-20 minute test can provide you and your doctor insight into your cognitive functioning and offer recommendations for interventions to improve quality of life. Braincheck Details
Pricing/Insurance Coverage
Braincheck is a covered benefit through Medicare and most major payors, with an accompanying prior authorization.
Taking the test
The Braincheck Test can be performed in office or remotely. Taking the test remotely requires access to a desktop computer and mouse (cannot be touch screen).
I took the test, now what?
After completing the BrainCheck assessment, your provider will review the results with you and discuss further assessments, if needed.
